ABOUT:Chef Jeremiah DeBrie: Jeremiah is a chef and a butcher who has worked in San Franciso, Waikiki, Portland & Boston, before landing in Asheville in 2012. With a diverse background in Spanish, Japanese, Basque, French, & Italian cuisine, Jeremiah has since focused his energy on whole animal butchery & handcrafted charcuterie, co-founding Intentional Swine in 2015. River Arts District Farmer's Market: Featuring sustainably grown fruits and vegetables, baked goods, wood-fired breads, local meats, goat cheese, handmade soaps, live music and more every Wednesday from 2-6, in the field of All Souls Pizza, 175 Clingman Ave. Yesterday Spaces: This beautiful event space shares 70 acres with Gaining Ground Farm, in Leicester N.C.
