What better way to celebrate the beginning of school starting and a goodbye to summer than a fun, family yoga experience with the ones you love! Come and be a part of our Pure Yoga Asheville kids yoga programming as a family and get everyone on the mat! This unique Family Yoga hour will be a playful and engaging time to be fully present, explore poses and meditation, have fun, create connection, and share your practice together. Children can experience benefits from yoga, including improved physical strength, body awareness, and concentration. All ages are welcome! Cost is $8 per person. Each family member needs to register individually. Beth Morris is a E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, and TCTSY-F. Beth has her Masters in Social Work, working primarily with children and youth in treatment foster care, group homes, and emergency shelters and has also worked in several jobs that organized and administered summer camps and weekend retreats for children and youth and has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families, including many years of teaching preschool, kids, teen, and family yoga as well as teaching yoga with youth in crisis respite centers and addiction recovery. Beth's passion is partnering her professional work experience and training with yoga and meditation to be of service in the community, particularly working with children and youth. When Beth is not at Pure Yoga, she spends time with her husband, Rob, and three children, Adelynn, age 18, Elanor, age 15, and Oliver, age 12.
