Fall Baking

Let's get an early start on Fall baking and all the wonderful flavors it has to offer of cinnamon, maple and pumpkin.  Class begins with making Swedish cinnamon bun dough.  While those rise, we will mix up our pumpkin bread and then maple pecan scones.  You will learn our special technique for making scones soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.  It's the perfect balance!  There will be plenty of baked items to enjoy during class and to take home.
