Join us Sunday mornings in the month of February as we kick start our 2020 yoga program with a four week series exploring Muladhara, the root chakra. Muladhara is the first of our seven energy centers; its location at the base of the spine makes it an excellent starting point when balancing the mind and body. Through this series we’ll use breath, movement, and meditation to explore concepts of security and stability, our connection to the earth and to each other. These classes will follow a slow style of vinyasa, and focus on synchronizing breath and movement in a graceful flow.
