Dumplings from Around the World

Every culture has their own version of dumplings; gyozas in Japan, Pierogi in Russia, Khinkali in central Asia, Chinese dumplings, tortellini and more... In this class we will make three different kinds: Pork filled Gyoza, soup dumplings and potato filled Pierogi served with sour cream and a heap of fried onions.

We can adapt it to vegetarians if you let us know in advance!
