Chocolate Making Intensive

Smooth silky decadent chocolate!

Amanda traveled to Valrhona Chocolate in Brooklyn, NY to learn the science and chemistry of chocolate to bring back to all the chocolate lovers here in Asheville. This intensive is four hours of lecture and hands on to fully develop an understanding of chocolate application.

You will learn how to successfully temper chocolate and create simple chocolate decorations. Next you will make dark chocolate panna cotta that will be topped with a homemade raspberry puree and chocolate decoration. Lastly, mini chocolate tarts will be made with a crunchy chocolate pastry layered with baked chocolate filling and topped with a whipped chocolate ganache.
