Advanced Art of Lamination

Does proofing dough intimidate you?  Have you ever wanted to know how to make beautiful sweet and savory Danishes?  We've got you covered in this class!  You will learn how to hand laminate, successfully proof and bake Danish dough.  You will make a variety of sweet and savory Danishes as well as morning buns.  (Think a cross between a croissant and cinnamon bun).  There will be lots of pastries to sample during class and you will have your own dough to take home.
