On Sat Oct 26th-Get ready for a pawsitively spooktacular time at the HowlOWeen Pet Parade & Costume Contest in Black Mtn Town Square. Strut your stuff in the FREE parade or unleash your creativity in the costume contest for just $8. With 2 categories- Pets and Pets & Their People- there is a great chance to win amazing prices from local businesses and cash! The audience gets to crown the Grand Prize winner, so bring your A-game! All proceeds benefit Rusty’s Legacy, a shelter dedicated to rehoming pets from high-kill shelters. Registration for the costume contest is from 1:30-2:30, and the parade kicks off at 3 PM.
