The 16th Annual Asheville Bread Festival will take place April 22nd + 23rd 2023. This two-day event is an opportunity for bread enthusiasts and professional bakers to break bread together, improve their baking skills, share ideas, and network within the artisan bread community.

Day 1 (Saturday, April 22nd 2023) will start off with a bread fair full of local and regional artisan bakers and millers offering a range breads, pastries, flours, and more. This will be followed by a series of hands-on workshops and lectures at various locations around Asheville and Hendersonville. Day 1 will conclude with a bread + drink happy hour and panel discussion.

Day 2 (Sunday, April 23rd 2023) consists of a six hour Master Class with intensive instruction and discussion. This event is available only to professional bakers.
