This is a cocktail style Flights & Bites event, featuring up to 7 chefs creating 3 small dishes each, as well as up to 7 craft beverage makers, offering an array of delicious drink samples. 

Menu sneak peek! These talented chefs are cooking up an exciting selection of dishes! Menu options being discussed are: a trio of Puerto Rican frozen limber treats - coconut cinnamon, mango pineapple, guava dragonfruit; refreshing Thai salads - pomelo/grapefruit, vegan cold noodles, larb in cumber cups; tastes of West Africa - akara with pepper sauce, kelewele and chin chin; sweet potato swiss roll with plum jam & peanut butter mousse; Isaan grilled pork; Thai vegetable green curry and more to come!
