In the event that lightning poses a threat to our safety, we will deliver communication to guide everyone to shelter at the event. Exception: In the event that Chow Chow has to cancel an event due to COVID-19 related mandates, tickets will be refunded. See here for additional FAQs.

Chow Chow COVID-19 Policy (4/5/2022): In order to attend any Chow Chow event, all staff, volunteers, participants and attendees will need to provide proof of full vaccination or a copy of negative COVID-19 test results from no more than 48 hours before the event date. Per the CDC definition: A person is fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine).

A digital or printed copy of your vaccination card or test results are acceptable. Test results can be from a PCR or an antigen test but they do need to be lab-issued, or for at-home tests, only proctored/telemed verified at-home tests (such as the Abbot Binax NOW) that provide certified results are accepted. A test result must be in the form of written documentation (paper or digital copy) with your name attached. For at-home tests: Don't bring in your test kit stick from a self-test you did yourself.

For your convenience, you are able to securely submit a digital copy of your vaccination card in advance following ticket purchase to be pre-verified for event check in. If not submitted in advance, proof of vaccination or a verified negative test will be required at check in. No proof of vaccination or negative test required for children under 5 (only applicable to family-friendly Sunday Supper Series events - all other events are 21+). Masking will be optional at all events unless otherwise mandated by the CDC, or local or state mandates.

If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19, are currently positive for COVID-19, or are feeling sick, we ask that you stay at home.
