Arriving in the late 80's from Beirut, Lebanon. Suzy Phillips took America's hearts and stomachs by storm. Honing her culinary chops with her dear "Mama" Suzy meticulously recreated food from the home land. Fast forward to 2011 Suzy armed with her keen culinary skills and razor wit convinced the Asheville city council to allow food trucks into the city single handedly spearheading the explosive food truck revolution in WNC. In 2015 joining forces with visionary Dave Campbell and a team of culinary misfits, Suzy opened a brick and mortar location launching Gypsy Queen cuisine into a whole new realm. Since then they have been an unstoppable force winning hearts and palettes over day in and day out. What's next for this dynamic duo? We're not sure at this time but watch out Atlanta something tasty may be heading your way.
