A native to Highland NC Schultz began his hospitality career at a very young age working for his parents in their family-owned restaurant. Schultz has been a long term bartender & manager in the Asheville area since 2008 working for Chai-Pani, Rhubarb, and most recently The Admiral. He is the acting USBG president for the Asheville chapter and in 2019 he launched 'Bad Art Cocktail Co.' with his partner Rebecca Bronson, a small business providing draft cocktails, beverage catering, and cocktail bitters to the Asheville area.
