Born into a family of restaurant industry, the craft seems to be in Shannon's blood. She garnered most of her craft for wine & cocktails in Chicago under the mentorship of some industry greats. After years of hard work, research, and experimentation, she was finally able create her own beverage program at Vivian. She has a great love of old world European wines and classic cocktails; however, she also has a passion for digging up lesser known wine varietals and playing with her foraged finds and seasonal produce in cocktails.
