Obie Ferguson is the former chef/owner of Wisteria Gastropub, which was located in Morganton NC.
Wisteria focused heavily on scratch-made, locally-sourced food and beverages.
Now partnered with Todd Boera of Fonta Flora brewery, the two have recently opened Singlewyde, a permanent food truck at Fonta Flora's Flora's Whipporwhill Farm location. In line with their commitment to using local and sustainable ingredients, they grow and forage a great deal of their ingredients, with the rest coming from all local sources.
