North Carolina native Kyle Mayberry serves as Director of Livestock Operations for Biltmore. He is responsible for the care of approximately 600 Black Angus cattle and 250 White Dorper sheep that are part of the estate’s agricultural program, including their nutrition, health, and production quality. Mayberry spent two years studying beef production at North Carolina State University prior to joining Biltmore. His background includes both an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Animal Science from NC State and the management of his own purebred Boer goat farm.
