Jonny started his industry career here in Asheville managing a coffee & wine bar his family owned in Black Mountain. After the business sold Jonny moved into the growing craft cocktail industry, spending several years learning from some of the best bartenders Asheville had to offer. In 2016 he spent 8 months traveling around America, Europe & Asia visiting dozens of the most respected cocktail bars in the world with the goal of bringing old world style and hospitality to his latest project, Antidote.
