COVID-19 Update

Chow Chow takes the health of our guests, chefs, volunteers, and staff with the utmost respect and importance. Chow Chow will continue to adhere to COVID-19 CDC guidelines and all mandates issued by North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper to the fullest extent possible. Additionally, Chow Chow will continually review Governor Cooper’s recommendations and will update our COVID-19 event policies on the Chow Chow website on an ongoing basis. Chow Chow Ticket Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All events take place rain or shine. In the event that lightning poses a threat to our safety, we will deliver communication to guide everyone to shelter at the event. Exception: In the event that Chow Chow has to cancel an event due to COVID-19 related mandates, tickets will be refunded. See here for additional FAQs.

Chow Chow COVID-19 Policies: Updated 8/3/2021 Due to the recent updates to the CDC guidelines, all staff, volunteers, chefs and vendors at Chow Chow events will be required to be masked at all times. Guests will be required to wear a mask upon entry to the events and while walking around. If you are seated or at a cocktail table, you may remove your mask, but if you are moving around, please wear your mask. If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are feeling sick, we ask that you stay at home.
