Adam Bannasch has been cooking for over 20 years in restaurants from the Western states of the U.S. to Europe and New Orleans. He and his family settled in Asheville in 2004 at which point he became the executive chef of Zambra in downtown Asheville. 11 years later he and his wife opened Copper Crown in East Asheville. Adam has always been a staunch supporter of local farms and producers and sources locally as much as possible.
