Sam Ratto is a bean to bar chocolate maker, who has been making chocolate since 2009. His company Videri Chocolate Factory has won 4 Good Food Awards since opening in 2011. He founded Rottar Chocolate Machines in 2015, selling grinders in 10 countries around the world. He was awarded Triangle Business Journals 40 under 40 awards in 2017 and CEO of the Year in 2019. He loves chocolate, traveling, tacos and laughing.
