We are committed to sharing our love of fermentation with the world-artfully. Fermenti. LLC is focused on culturing our community through charitable events, preserving our heritage by educational outreach, supporting rural food resiliency and reducing food waste. We have recently created Fermenti Farm to start growing our own produce with local seed and educate, all while sourcing locally. We ferment it all and we teach you how to as well. Our strengths are our own personal resiliency, creative approach to challenges and our education both in Fine Arts and in the practical application of skills learned while off-grid homesteading, sustainably. Join Us at Our Annual WNC Fermentation Festival where we unite fermenters from around our region, food producers, resources for raw ingredients/gear & inspiration from our many educational workshops.
