Chef Kirk Fiore leads the catering department at Biltmore and is Executive Chef at Deerpark Restaurant. Prior to Biltmore, Chef Fiore spent most of his culinary career in Vermont and Upstate New York where he served as chef of several fine dining and banquet locations, including Mirror Lake Inn on Lake Placid. He was also Chef Instructor at the New England Culinary Institute. Taking advantage of the bounty of seasonal ingredients at Biltmore, Chef Kirk’s menus align with made-from-scratch Southern favorites in addition to chilled seafood and estate-raised meats.
