A Maryland native, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts / Business Management from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Upon graduation, I traveled and worked in kitchens around the world spanning from Melbourne, Australia to New Orleans, to rural Guatemala and Washington, DC. Now settled in Asheville, I opened Ivory Road Cafe & Kitchen in August 2016 to celebrate and share my love of all things food with our community.
