James Sutherland is a co-owner of Blue Dream Curry House in downtown Asheville. He worked in restaurants and produced music in Atlanta for many years before discovering his love of the Asheville scene. After his father, Jim Sutherland, an award-winning journalist, passed away, he decided it was time to start his own venture. James teamed up with Chef Sean Park, who is currently living in LA and running Okiboru House of Tsukemen, to start Blue Dream Curry and the rest is history.
