A long-standing interest in food and fermentation eventually led to and informed Andrew Zinn's passion for beer, and eventually sour beer. Initially brought on in pre-opening hiring as a line cook, Andrew has been deeply involved with the production of sour beer in some capacity since Wicked Weed's first year. He currently oversees Wicked Weed's sour brewing and blending program.
