Eric Crane, Advance Sommelier and Corporate Director of Training of Empire Distributors loves to talk farming techniques with whoever will share a glass of wine with him.  Learn the down and dirty about Organic, Biodynamic, and Sustainable practices and taste through a great lineup of wines. Posana Restaurant, always an advocate for local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine, will share small bites to pair with the wines.
