Forget what you know about the rules of fermentation: Craft beverage innovators are shaking things up with unexpected collaborations that defy genres. Hear and taste from local makers who are working together with their peers to make beer, wine, vermouth, and other spirits in creative new ways.

Logistical Details:

For the majority of the history of craft beverages, beer, wine, vermouth and other spirits, were distinct in their nature, they had regulations surrounding how they were made. We all know beer is malted barley; that wine is fermented grapes; and that vodka is made from potatoes. As the craft beverage industry begins to reinvent the wheel, we are seeing more and more cross industry collaborations. We have several craft beverage folks on this panel to discuss their specialty and their collaborations and inspirations cross industry.
