Long COVID Wellness Meet & Learn

Join us for a Meet and Learn workshop where we will have time to share about our Long Covid, learn care management techniques, eat a healthy snack and make a pottery candle holder! Yoko Morris, founder of CAREHELD, has been working with individuals with Long COVID through UNC’s School of Medicine as a Lived Experience Expert for the past 5 years and is now bringing her expertise to a wider audience. She will lead us through techniques for managing the disease while Ona Armstrong, of Firefly Valley Arts and Wellness, gently guides the group through making an easy pottery piece.
