Izakaya Night at Griff's

Join Griff’s Kitchen & Bar for Izakaya Night on Thursday, August 13. A seven-course, Japanese-inspired dinner accompanied by five guided sake tastings.

Inspired by owner Ian Griffin’s food experiences in Japan, the menu features seasonal appetizers, scallop sashimi, littleneck clam broth, corn kakiage, tare-glazed chicken with simmered daikon, a traditional rice course and summer fruit with sencha granita and shiso syrup.

Dila Lee of Komé Collective will guide guests through each sake, offering an approachable introduction to the different styles and how they complement the menu. No previous sake knowledge is needed. Just come ready to try something new and enjoy a good dinner.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for guests to gather, have a snack and enjoy a drink before dinner.

Tickets are $55 per person, plus tax, and include the complete dinner and five sake tastings. Advance purchase is required. Seating is limited. Gratuity is not included.
