Fans of Asheville's culinary scene should get ready for a road trip! A week-long celebration of food is planned from February 1-7, with some of the hottest restaurants in town participating. Area chefs are crafting amazing menus that include drool-inducing items like bistro filet with crispy onions, maple lacquered bacon with brussel sprouts and acorn squash, smoked potato gnocchi, and for dessert, salted caramel panna cotta. Yum!
The cost per meal ranges from $15 - $30 per person, including options for single diners and couples. Here's a list of participating restaurants. It's growing everyday so check back often for updates. If you're traveling from out of town, here are some great lodging spots in Asheville - just don't forget to pack your stretchy pants.
