Kayak in the TreesNew Treetop Adventure Course First of its Kind in Southeast.
Asheville Treetops Adventure Park is the newest outdoor adventure experience on the scene, and it's unlike anything you have ever seen before.
Located at the Adventure Center of Asheville, the course is comprised of 60 unique challenges that will have you jumping, rappelling, zipping, swinging and even kayaking (what?!) through the forest canopy. And good news for families: kids as young as 4 years old can enjoy the adventurous fun (with an adult escort)!
Three Levels of Adventure
Green Course: These challenges take place from 12 to 15 feet above the forest floor. It's perfect for first timers, younger children and for those less adventurous. (Ages 4+)
Blue Course: A step beyond the Green, this mid-level course includes a wobbly lily pad hop challenge and a standing zipline. (Ages 4+)
Yellow Course: The next step up takes adventurers to 25 feet with a hang glide-style zipline and the delicious-sounding "taco net" to finish. (Ages 7+)
Red Course: This is where things get really adventurous. You'll head 45 feet up in the air to deal with physical and mental challenges. You'll face obstacles called the Tarzan traverse, dancing hula hoops and the exhilarating snowboard zip. You might kiss the ground when you're done with this course. (Ages 13+)
