Asheville eateries get the spotlight on Chuck's Eat the Street.
Tune in tonight as four popular Asheville restaurants and their chefs get the star treatment on the Cooking Channel. Chuck Hughes hosts Chuck's Eat the Street
, which introduces viewers to some of the tastiest thoroughfares in America by way of food, and tonight's episode will feature some of the top spots along Biltmore Avenue.
The "Best of the Blue Ridge"
episode will highlight:
- The Blackbird's owner and pastry chef Roz Taubman as she bakes her famous coconut cake;
- Biltmore, as chef Damien Cavicchi cooks up a smoked lamb dish on the ground of America's Largest Home;
- Tomato Jam Cafe, where chef Daniel Wright whips up his trademark cat head biscuits; and
- Laurey's, where Chuck and Laurey Masteron talk all things honey.
The episode will air tonight at 10 p.m. ET, as well as Friday, November 1 at 6 p.m. ET and Sunday, November 3 at 4 p.m. ET.
