Life is messy. So is experimentation and play. If you want your journal to be an honest and inviting space, let it be messy too! This workshop and studio time will offer creative exercises and materials to encourage you to greet your journaling practice with enthusiasm and curiosity. For both beginners and those who've been journaling for ages are welcome.

Every week we will play with materials and techniques that help your journal better reflect your whole, creative, messy self! In addition we'll focus our attention on:

October 6th - Cheating at journaling & other ways to keep doing it.

October 20th - Conversations on the page: inner monologues and practice discussions

October 27th - Who do you want to pretend to be? Journaling like it's always Halloween.

November 3rd - "I'm not an artist!" Okay, but you can still make art!

November 10th - Gratitude journaling, but make it spicy honest

December 1st - How did I get here? Charting your journeys in your journal.

December 8th - Cheating at journaling & more ways to keep doing it.
