Life Path Circle: Sharing Story & Wisdom

  • Life Path Circle is an opportunity for in-person connection, offering a safe and brave space to be heard and to hear others. It's also a place to set intentions within a community of people as you seek to change, grow, release, heal, or forgive. We will use a talking stick method to ensure every person gets a chance to be held in presence by the group if they choose to share.

Meaningful and sometimes humorous prompts will be asked to build trust and strengthen relationships over time. Examples of prompts/questions that may be asked:

If your life were a garden, what are you weeding out of it, and what are you planting?

What was a significant event in life that changed your path?

Who is someone who has inspired you?

What is one of your superhero powers?

What would you most want as a superpower, and how would you use it?

How are you showing up today between 0 and 100%?

What would facing head-on one struggle look like that you have avoided look like?

What is an affirmation that might be helpful at your stage of life?

Life Path Circle is a consistent space to gather intentionally to break isolation, ignite new connections, and lead you to a greater sense of fulfillment, service, collaboration, perspective, and community.
