Rhoda & The Risers is a popular, Western North Carolina–based soul, Motown, and blues band fronted by vocalist Rhoda Weaver. Rhoda is widely regarded as one of the best female vocalists in Western North Carolina for her deep, rich voice.

The Kat Williams Legacy Sessions is a monthly gathering rooted in music, connection, and community—a living continuation of Kat’s vision to uplift, showcase, and sustain the voices of soul artists she believed in. Created in her honor, the series carries forward what she set in motion: a space where soul music is not only heard, but deeply felt and shared.
