Foundations of Music Theory for Singers & Musicians with Cary Fridley

Unlock your musical potential this fall at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts with Foundations of Music Theory for Singers and Musicians, taught by local musician Cary Fridley. Throughout November, Cary will guide you through the core mechanics of music theory and demystify traditional notation, helping you effortlessly navigate scores and sheet music. You will practice sight-reading and engage in ear training techniques to help you hear, play, and recognize different pitch intervals both by ear and on the page.

Classes meet on Tuesdays, November 3 through November 24, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts. Tuition is $80 per student. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today to take the next step in your musical journey!
