We evacuated after 5 minutes. Horrific smell, ceiling paint was peeling, black mold in the shower, dirty sheets. DO NOT GO HERE

Literally falling apart

Avoid this DUMP!!!! The WORST motel I have ever stayed in and I am a frequent traveler. Homeless druggies hanging around the property and the stairwell elevator area. We were afraid to leave our room with so many roaming around on the property.  Very unsafe environment and dirty and disgusting parking lot and grounds. Behind the motel is a homeless camps but they come hang out here.  This place needs to be shut down. I can't believe it would pass any.kind of inspection.

Shocked that Red roof inn has 3.8 stars. There were multiple people doing drugs in the stairway. Arrived at 3:30, given a room which had not yet been cleaned. Staff was nice enough to change our room without fuss, but still didn’t feel safe here. Decided not to stay overnight.

Would not book here.

This is a very low end Red Roof Inn. There are drug deaiers in the hallways, people drinking and smoking (which is prohibited) hanging out, and vagrants in the parking lot.  Trash cans were over flowing. Music was blaring all night. You do not want to stay in this place

The worst place ever

Rochester, Finger Lakes, New York

When I arrived at my room, the sheets were damp, some lightbulbs, the microwave, and the fridge were all missing. In our safe was somebody else’s clothes, and the room was generally dilapidated and dirty.  I awoke at 5AM to somebody screaming at the top of their lungs and pounding on doors and walls in the adjacent room. This continued for hours. I decided to check out early and on my way I had to dodge water dripping from the roof, and pee on the ground as I made my way to the front desk. I have no idea how this place has 3.8 stars, this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Looking at other reviews, somebody found a crack pipe in their room and the owner just responded with a generic response with the locations name copy and pasted in all caps, not acknowledging that a literal crack pipe was found in their room. As some other reviews have said, you are safer and better off sleeping in your car.
