- Pop Bubble Tea was founded as a collaboration of two long-time friends and co-workers, Eva Peterson and Ashley Garrison, who combined their considerable social work and small business knowledge with a passion to create and drive to help others. The effort aspires to provide a bubble tea experience for the whole Asheville community, delivering authentic, high quality Taiwanese-style drinks that perfectly compliment the ice cream shop with which it shares the space.
