The lady at the front desk was quite rude. When my Mom walked in she walked up to the desk and explained she booked online and the lady was very snappy and said that she was checking someone else in and they were in the bathroom…. Completely understandable, but she had an attitude about it. My mom then went to the bathroom and I was waiting near the desk and she said I’m ready to help the next customer, and I said “Mom”, and then she yelled across the whole lobby very rudely, “IM READY TO HELP WHOEVER WAS NEXT”, which was completely unacceptable and came across very rude. While helping my mom was she snarky. Overall the rooms were not nice and had a weird stench. I will not be coming back here.

Stayed here for 1 night. With taxes, the room total was $107 for 2 Queen beds.  The surrounding neighborhood isn't the best.  I wouldn't dare walk to my car at night. 
 
The rooms are very small. Bathroom looked clean, but the carpet in the room was dirty.

My chief complaint was the lukewarm shower.  And let me make it very clear that there weren't many guests staying in the hotel to use up the hot water.  It seems like they are turning down the hot water heater to save money. Heck, I would have been willing to spend a few dollars more to have a hot shower.

When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, the lady seemed annoyed and told me that maintenance would be there until 7 am and she would leave them a note.  That's the time I checked out, so that didn't help me a bit.

Anyway, if you're fine with staying in a seedy neighborhood and taking lukewarm showers, then this is the hotel for you.

Very clean, but oudated hotel. Stayed for two nights for our visit to Biltmore. Check in was easy and smooth. Used the pool both nights we were there. Pool was a little cold but clean. Breakfast was your normal free continental breakfast. Plenty of restaurants near by just a lot of traffic. Would stay again for 1-2 nights.

Bare basics motel. The room was clean but felt like a dorm room. Minimally furnished. 
Breakfast was the same daily and not very appetizing. The rooms were only cleaned every three days. The walls were very thin with loud TV and music. Will not stay again.

Comfortable hotel for an overnight stop as it is just off the Interstate.  We had a ground floor room and it smelled musty.
Cracker Barrel was a short walk, but there were other restaurants nearby.
Breakfast at the hotel was good and had a nice variety.
