Elevate your body and mind on this breathtaking tour after an easy, scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our Mountaintop Vortex Yoga Micro Retreat AND Sunset Mountaintop Vortex Yoga Micro Retreat are both located in Black Mountain, 364 Blue Ridge Parkway, Black Mountain "Craggy Gardens Visitor Center" - It's about a half mile to the bald, however the trail is a bit more steep (it's almost as if you're climbing stairs but not as steep!). You'll enjoy a view at a gazebo that has an overlook, sometimes guides will lead a meditation here(or at the bald). You'll then proceed to the top to bask in the energy of the vortex & gorgeous mountain views at 5600ft. You'll enjoy a yoga class at the top, and it is an out-&-back trail. Also available for private groups of 4 or more. [Available Weekend Mornings, April - October]

*No special hiking gear or yoga experience is required!

What’s included on our Micro Retreats: wisdom+history of area, forest bathing techniques, a lightweight yoga mat w/ carrying strap, 15 minute meditation session, 45-60 minute yoga class, pictures taken by your guide throughout the entire experience later to be emailed to guests, and authentic guide offerings will also be incorporated depending on your guide's preference (i.e. oracle cards, hot tea, essential oils, chimes/small singing bowls, lavender eye pillows, etc.)
