This is a beautiful hotel with contemporary design and extremely clean and inviting. Room was beautiful, comfortable and also extremely clean. It's in a great location, very close to downtown and  many restaurants. 
I received excellent hospitality from  Charissa, who could not have been  any more friendly and kind. She was also very knowledgeable about restaurant selections. You can immediately sense how much she values helping guests. She is truly an asset to the Homewood Suites!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling in the area!

I love staying in hotels with a kitchen and full size fridge!! This was such a great hotel. Super charming, great evening reception on a Wednesday night. Really great breakfast. Unusual for us northerners. They served pork carnitas with eggs for breakfast! Delicious. Pull out bed was decent too! The hotel design was full of southern charm. Great stay!

Great Stay!

This property is great. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is the best that I have had in all my years traveling.
But, the best asset there is their amazing staff. I won't have space to write to say thank you to each and everyone of the great people there for making my stay amazing. I feel so grateful for making my 5-month long stay great and feeling that I had an extended family in Asheville. 
If I have to come back to Asheville, I will definitely stay at this hotel. If you need a safe, clean place, where you feel valued, you will not regret staying here.
Thank to all the Homewood Suites Asheville, Tunnel Road staff. Hope I can see you again in the future.

I have been a Hilton member for years and for the first time ever I was refused a room. Been working in Asheville 7 days a week and just needed a place to stay. I booked a room with my app as always and I received a phone call saying my room was cancelled. I will of course cancel my diamond membership and everyone on my team have agree to never   Stay in Hilton again.  This was a very sorry way to treat people.
