Our stay at this location was more than expected.  Jessica Bell, Gen Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She assisted with transportation during our stay since we did not have a car.  Norma in the breakfast area immediately greeted us with a beautiful smile and help in finding a table as my sister uses a walker.  Tommie was equally as friendly and helpful.  Both these valued employees were  bright starts to our days.  On Friday we were greeted by Matthew and again, excellent customer service was demonstrated.  This service sadly is the exception to the rule in today's life.  It is wonderful to see it shown so genuinely  at this location.  This sets the bar on many levels.  Well done!!!  Nancy Williams

EXEMPLARY SERVICE!!!

Located on a hill top off of a busy street.  The driveway is a little hidden but just look for the sign.  The outside landscaping is beautiful, and it smells good too.  Our king sofa room was clean but just did not have that Hampton clean smell.  The desk chair has seen better days, all shredded on one side.  After returning to the hotel later that evening, the stern man behind the front desk, did not greet us or even crack a smile.  Cleanliness and hospitality are very important.

We stay at a lot of Hampton properties, this was one of the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest of them all. 

It’s literally a hidden gem, because you really can’t see it from the road. Everyone we encountered was so unbelievably friendly, from the manager on duty, to the front desk, the people constantly cleaning, and the staff at breakfast. 

Speaking of breakfast, wow!  I should have taken pictures, but even that would not have done it justice!  Biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with great toppings, individually wrapped fruit (which was great when we arrived at 4:30)!

Best Hampton Ever!

This is one my favorite Hampton Inns to stay at.  Good location, although the immediate area down the hill from property is a little sketchy.  But you really would be driving out from the property so no worries.  

The rooms, breakfast, and common areas all really great.  It's my go to when in AVL.
