Lesha the manager has the best team! Nick and John have treated my husband and I like family! The room was really clean with the fresh renovations and they were the most accommodating hosts. We stayed from March to July 2025 for my husband's profession, but we will be coming back to stay simply for them and the city! Thanks again!!!

Best Extended Stay! Home away from home!!

On September 27,2024 I, along with 10's of thousands of people experienced a deluge of water only biblical apportion can be applied to it in oiur in our eyes. 
We watched our life's wash down the river just newly made never to see our loved ones again. 
About 4 weeks after it occurred I left and moved to the beach knowing full well I would be back someday. 
I recently did so and decided on Extended Stay American, tTnnel Rd Asheville NC. Little did I know that Courtney, the night clerk would become my Angel. She went out of her way to make me comfortable even sharing part of her dinner with me. Take you Cortney 💖. 
The GM, Lesha, whom I must say is an amazing manger who runs a tight ship, no nonsense establishment. Her staff follows her leadership in a well oiled friendly, security minded way. 
Lesha, has Nick as her Assistant manager and she chose well. He greats each guest by name and never falls to make you understand he cares about you and your stay. 
The rooms are absolutely clean, spacious and peaceful. The appliances are up to date, clean and free from even crumbs. We can think Lushon for that. Thanks my friend. Large screen TV's that are smart TVs and a great selection of channel's. Large fluffy towels in a bathroom bigger than most people's at home. 
The atmosphere is layed back and easy going. Let me tell you.. security is outstanding. Lesha dis not put up with nonsense but if flexible yet holds a stander of privacy for her guests I've never seen before. I've been here for just over a week and haven't once seen any drama. 
I'm not one to praise an establishment I all areas because most lack in one of many. 
I highly recommend Extended Stay American, tunnel Rd Asheville NC to everyone. You want regret your choice in staying with them only that you have stayed before.

My stay was wonderful and completely unexpected. I had in mind a budget hotel so no bells and whistles but the rooms look almost brand new. The front desk was explaining how they just had a major renovation. And all the staff there is super friendly and helpful and know all about the area. When I come back in the fall so going to stay here again

Best hospitality

The room was clean and I had all the space  needed. The guest attendant  I spoke to was pleasant. I would recommend to anyone who needs an affordable place to stay with nice people and a clean space. I will definitely have to revisit as my stay was not nearly long enough.

Excellent service!

Traveled in May for my son’s graduation and stayed at the Tunnel Rd location. Love that this is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to have easy access to the action that Asheville had to offer. Staffing had superb customer service while assisting everyone in our party. Nick and Lesha made sure that everyone was settled in and confirmed that all accommodations were met. Rooms were clean and fresh. Safety was not an issue due to the doors being only key accessible. Would highly recommend checking these great people out when in the area

Efficiency studio hotel with full-sized kitchens in every room. Conveniently located less than three miles from downtown and within walking distance to several restaurants. Great for any length of stay whether just for one night or two, or long-term. Perfect for relocation!
