Wonderful place with a beautiful design and a very convenient location in the heart of Asheville. My family loved the apartment we stayed in—it had a great climate and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was easily accessible, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Asheville. Highly recommended! 😊

We had the absolute sweetest weekend staying at Elevation Lofts in Asheville, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — the perfect mix of modern style and cozy comfort.

The location could not have been better. Right in downtown, with the entrance on Broadway Street, we were able to walk everywhere and experience Asheville in its full spectrum — coffee shops, incredible restaurants, charming boutiques, and the vibrant energy that makes this city so special. It made everything effortless and fun for our whole family.

What makes Elevation Lofts truly extraordinary is that it is an art experience in itself. In partnership with Momentum Gallery — located on the bottom level of the very same building, the gallery is accessible directly from the lofts’ elevator through a private entrance, which makes the experience feel exclusive and seamless. Stunning artworks are also displayed throughout the lofts, allowing guests to interact with, experience, and genuinely enjoy museum-quality pieces right in the space where they’re staying.

One of the absolute highlights of our weekend was a private tour led by the gallery’s owners. We learned about the artworks, the artists behind them, and the techniques used to create them. It was not only fascinating but incredibly educational — such a valuable and enriching experience for our entire family.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom loft, and the layout could not have been more perfect. Our teenage daughter loved having her own private bedroom where she could unwind and enjoy her space, and the boys (10 and 11) were beyond excited about the bunkbed room they had for themselves. My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful master bedroom upstairs with a private bathroom. It truly felt like a little sanctuary at the end of each day.

The living space was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace and seating area. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and we especially appreciated the coffee and tea waiting for us. Those small touches made such a big difference.

One of my favorite surprises? I had forgotten to pack a book, but there was an entire collection available to choose from! It’s those thoughtful details that made the stay feel so personal and cared for.

Elevation Lofts Hotel is a luxury Airbnb even for the most demanding guests. Every detail feels intentional, refined, and elevated. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already hoping to return. 💛

An Elevated Family Escape in Downtown Asheville

Went to Asheville for the MLK weekend and booked two nights at The Elevation Lofts Hotel using Hyatt points and cash.  The property is located in the heart of downtown and is comprised of modern, urban lofts situated in a 100-year old+ building it shares with the Momentum Art Gallery.  There is no front desk or hotel staff on site.  Parking is reserved by space in a lot behind the hotel and is included with the room.  

Despite the lack of on-site staff, there was nothing that wasn’t thoroughly communicated prior to our arrival. The property’s General Manager, Bogumil, was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job apprising us of everything we needed to know about the property.  It is within these pieces of correspondence that your parking space and entry codes to the building/room will be revealed. 

The hotel itself was exceptionally appointed with high-end furnishings, appliances, and everything you need for a long-term stay (even if you’re only spending the weekend).  Both the common areas of the hotel and our suite included a generous amount of art from Momentum Art Gallery (all available for purchase). 

We stayed in suite 301 which had a wonderful view overlooking Broadway. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a tub and the other a standing shower.  Keep in mind the spaces are  very much like apartments vs a traditional hotel.  

Everything you need is close by including the Mellow Mushroom next door. We had such a great time at this property and our kids thought it was the coolest hotel they’ve ever been in. 

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to it all without feeling cramped.  Thank you to the hotel for such a wonderful time.

These apartments are absolutely 5 star. I stayed in 303 and was blown away by the style, size and beauty of it. 303 has exposed brickwork, a beautiful fireplace and an immaculate kitchen. The bedrooms are large, clean and fresh. Would I stay here again....without a shadow of doubt. Thank you for an amazing experience
