The down-to-earth humans behind our bar and barrels are genuinely happy to serve you – and they’re always up for going down the whiskey rabbit hole with you. Our Asian-inspired menu is intentionally distilled down to a few signature appetizers and shareable plates that feel adventurous, yet familiar at the same time. You’ll find dishes you know and love, layered with flavors inspired by Japanese cuisine and crafted using farm-fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. Last but not least, there’s our showstopping Robata Grill Menu, a centuries-old Japanese style of “fireside cooking.” They’re made for sharing, but if you keep them all to yourself, we don’t blame you.
