  • Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is an intention and sleep based, highly restorative, guided meditation technique. Using relaxation, breath, visualization, and intention, you will be guided to rest into the layers of your being, helping to cultivate a sense of presence and relaxed awareness. 

    Yoga Nidra is a calming practice of non-doing that reconnects you to the Source within. This practice can be helpful for anyone who is wanting to create a sense of ease and joy in daily life, and is especially beneficial for those in need of quality sleep. This technique calms the nervous system and can help create a sense of peace and perspective in our challenging times. It can be especially supportive for people experiencing depression, anxiety, or PTSD.

    After the yoga nidra has moved you into a liminal state of rest and relaxation, the drum will drop you deeper into the realms of dream, imagination and journey. 

    Yoga Nidra is practiced in stillness. No experience needed. All are welcome. Come as you are.
