Xico de Mayo

For the first time ever, Downtown Asheville's newest Cocina de Fuego’s Xico is hosting Xico de Mayo, a one-night only celebration on Cinco de Mayo that goes far beyond the expected. This immersive evening brings together the richness of Mexican cuisine and culture through two distinct dining experiences designed to honor both tradition and innovation.

Guests will enjoy:

• A one-night-only tasting menu at Xico inspired by the vibrant culinary heritage of Puebla
• The sounds and energy of live mariachi performances throughout the evening
• An exclusive preview of Xico Chico, a new taqueria concept from the team behind Xico for a parking lot party
• Complimentary scoops of their limited edition ice cream flavor in collaboration with The Hop Handcrafted Ice Cream featuring Mexican chocolate flan with caramelized plantains and a caramel swirl (for the first 50 guests)

Xico de Mayo will kick-off on Tuesady, May 5th at 4 p.m. with live mariachis for the first hour at Xico and Xico Chico. For reservations at Xico, please visit Resy. Xico Chico’s parking lot party will open to the public, walk-ins are welcome, and no RSVP is required.
