This collaboration also kicks off the excitement for Xico de Mayo, offering dual culinary experiences and sneak peek of their new concept, Xico Chico! Choose your fiesta style from two options:
🔥 For a more intimate culinary tribute, Executive Chef Scott Linquist is curating a one-night-only ‘Fiesta Poblano’ tasting menu ($85 per person), celebrating the authentic historical significance of Cinco de Mayo, the Mexican victory at the Battle of Puebla. Guests can expect iconic dishes from Puebla including a masa trio and signature mole dishes including the national dish of Mexico featuring mole poblano with roasted heritage turkey breast. Reservations are strongly encouraged - https://resy.com/cities/asheville-nc/venues/xico-asheville?date=2026-04-25&seats=2
🔥 In anticipation of the summer opening of its new downstairs concept, Xico Chico, guests will get a firsthand glimpse behind the authentic quick-service taqueria from the Xico team. Enjoy the first taste of brand new menu items, $6 margaritas, cerveza, a mariachi band from 4-5pm, and more. Additionally, the first 50 guests will receive a complimentary scoop of The Hop x Xico limited edition ice cream flavor.
