SAMsARA Wine Co. is a small boutique winery producing roughly 2,500 cases annually, specializing in sustainably farmed, cool-climate Pinot Noir, Syrah, Grenache, and Chardonnay from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara, CA.

They have very limited releases which makes this a unique and special experience, and such an honor for us at Jargon. The winery is 100% solar-powered and uses low-intervention techniques, such as native yeast, whole-cluster fermentation, and extended barrel aging to create incredibly savory, complex, "Old-World"-style wines.
