Wine & Cheese Pairing with Three Sisters Cheese

We are SO pumped to welcome Aaron, owner of Three Sisters Cheese, back to Ivory Road! Our first tasting event with him was such a hit, we just had to do it again!

Three Sisters Cheese: locally crafted cow's milk cheeses proudly made in McDowell County, NC.

Aaron will have a table set-up with tasting samples of his various cheeses -- my favorite was the Gouda & the Buttercup (you'll see!!!). Jill will be behind the bar offering a wine & fromage blanc tasting flight! Aaron makes exquisitely flavored fromage blancs -- he was a chef before a cheesemaker for MANY years, and you can tell!
